Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days. This is our processing time; carrier transit time is additional.

U.S. Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more. Orders below the free-shipping threshold have a $25 flat shipping charge. Applicable tax and the final shipping total are shown during checkout.

Christmas 2026 Orders

For Christmas gifts, please order early and aim to place your order by December 19–20. Christmas arrival is not guaranteed and depends on your destination and carrier transit time. We continue accepting orders after these dates, but they may arrive after Christmas. If timing is important, please contact us before ordering.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return window. Please contact Tribal Home before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. If you need help outside this window, contact us to discuss your request.
